Heres to a good week

So sorry for this overdue post. I lost my camera charger so couldnt take any pictures. Whats everyone been up to this weekend? I took a trip to Windsor yesterday with my Mum. For once I didnt buy anything although tried on a lovely Tommy Hilfiger blazer and a Moschino belt [both were too big :(] Ohh I lie. Well my mum brought me something. A pack of Hello Kitty pants from Marks and Spencer. They are nautical which of course I absolutly love. Plus they work out as only £1.60 a pair!

I brought the top and jeans in these photos a few weeks ago. Shows how late I am on posts!

Well this is what I look like from behind. Always wondered. Does my bum look big in this? Actually no dont answer that question.

Okay I look dreadful. Lets say watching films until 1am and having minimum sleep is not a good thing. Plus the positioning of the camera casts rather annoying shadows. I just took it so you get the idea of my outfit. The legging/jean leggings/jeggings well what ever you like to call them, are a bit big. Im hoping they will shrink in the wash.

Please excuse the greasy hair and lack of make up.

I love this top. It seems shops everywhere are doing tops/dresses/jumpers with this sleeve. I was orginally going to buy the white version but it was sold out so I ended up with this grey one which I prefer. I normally am accessorised but today am not for some reason.
I really want to get a pair of Dr. Martens to wear with this. Plus I love wearing the skeleton jumper (shown in a post agees ago) with the jeggings. I get rather funny looks and people are like "Halloween came early?". My mum doesnt really like it as she says its not my "normal smart self". Well I think it was a time for a bit of a change. Plus im in a bit of rebelling mood.

Just felt like posing like this.

Ohh and one more thing. Is anyone going to buy the Chanel temporary tattoos tomorrow?

2nd the best

We came second at Global Rock! For once we actually placed in the top 3! The competition is always very high so we never place. It was such a surprise to come second. All the other schools were amazing especially the school that won whose theme was also World War 2. Most schools theme was typical teenage issues such as alcohol, drugs, crime ect. which seem to be used every year.

Here are a few photos that I got off www.nickscott.co.uk the offical Global Rock photographer. As you can guess Im the one in the bluey/purple shirt and grey/purple trousers. It was so much fun getting our hair and make up done. It was really hard to put on a huge smile and hold it for the duration of the dance. Btw the brown patches on us is mud seeing as we were land girls.

We'll meet again, Dont know where, Dont know when, But I know we'll meet again some sunny day.

Well this is a bit random. Firstly because I was looking at Alexa Chung's Photo bloggy thing on Vogue and she definatly has great style. Shes awesome. Secondly I am taking part in a dance competition tomorrow called Global Rock (We have to get up at 5 to travel there!) and our dance piece is based on WW2 and im a land girl. The photo on the right shows the type of attitude we have to portray. I like dressing up. What we are wearing reminds me of Chloe Autumn/Winter 2009 as our trousers are very high waited with belts round them to hold them up. Also we get to have our hair in rollers and have bright red lipstick! We all plan on taking lots of photos as it is our last year so I'll post them probaly this weekend.

I know I havent done an outfit post for a while but I mean to do one sometime this week so keep tuned!

Anchor ahoy!

The other day I took a trip to Harrods with my Nan in search of the See By Chloe shoes. I found them in blue which I prefer and tried on a 4. They were to big so I guess im a 3. However I was looking at the lacoste website and they have similar wedges which I think might be a bit cheaper.

Whilst in Harrods I brought a Swarovski anchor necklace. I have an obsession with anchors. Love them! My Nan offered to go half with me on it which was really nice of her. It was £58 which is'nt too bad considering it is from Swarovski. They also do an anchor charm but I prefered the necklace as I will get more wear out of it. It also comes with a 2 year warranty which is good as I am hopeless at breaking things. Iv been looking for the matching earrings but I dont think they do them. As always the photo doesnt do it justice.

Happy Valentines Day

These shoes=Amazing. How I crave them for the summer. Looks like I have a bit of saving to do as they are £170 (See by Chloe). I have been meaning to have a big sell of my old clothes and stuff.

Feathers, Glitz and Glamour

I realised that I'd soon have my gymnastics assesment for gcse pe so I need to start my flexibility training. It made me think of Show girls so I tried it in heels. Its like 10 times harder than without heels. I would love to be a showgirl parading around in pretty costumes but it must be hard to dance in them. Plus apparntly you have to be tall which Im not (unless I grew alot in the next few years which is highly unlikely) so that rules me out. It looks so glamorous but of course its not all that. Nothing is ever as it seems.

Hot Banana custard and Denim

I had a sudden thought whilst eating pudding, I need to invest in a denim jacket for the summer. Im thinking one from a charity shop because:
1. The money goes to a good cause
2. It has a used feel about it which I love
3. Charity shops are awesome. A treasure trove of random items. Love it.

Alexander Wang

Acne

I cba to find any more pictures but you get the idea. I plan to stop in the Charity shops on the way home from school tomorrow. If im successful in my search I shall of course post my findings.

Good night :D
